• Spring Health (EAP): Get personalized convenient care and resources to support you and your family through life's challenges-available at no cost to Boeing employees and their dependents. Each member (age 6+) gets up to 10 free counseling sessions per year and up to 10 coaching sessions per year. At any time, you can tap into Moments, a library of self-guided exercises that can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful.

• Working with a coach: Our Vida Health program lets employees work with a coach and/or counselor through an easy-to-use website or mobile app. Together, they can focus on mental and emotional health needs, such as depression, anxiety or mindfulness-based stress management.

If an in-person visit isn’t practical, you can take advantage of virtual solutions to help you heal or live more healthfully.

• For back, muscle or joint pain: Hinge Health helps you work through exercise therapy at home. Boeing family members who are approved for the program can receive a free tablet and wearable sensors and can work with a personal care team through the app, or by text or email. Hinge Health is available to you and your dependents enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
• For help with nutrition, sleep, stress or exercise: Our Vida Health program lets you work with a dedicated health coach through an easy-to-use website or mobile app. Vida Health is available to you and your spouse/domestic partner and dependents 18 and older if you’re enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option.
